Brain and Behaviour is our research theme which focuses on the core of many issues affecting the ongoing health and wellbeing of children and young people.
Our research investigates the developmental, genetic, family and environmental determinants of child wellbeing, and how clinical, educational and community practices can provide every child with the best opportunity for optimal health and development.
At The Kids Research Institute Australia, this research encompasses a child's learning, development and mental health - and the impact of conditions like cerebral palsy, autism and intellectual disability.
